Tired is a symptom. Your story deserves a closer look.
When rest is not restoring you, it can be hard to know where to begin. Vitalhaus helps you slow down, look at the full picture and turn scattered symptoms into a clear plan.

You may recognize some of this.
- You wake up tired even after enough time in bed.
- Your energy drops sharply during the day.
- Brain fog makes it harder to focus, remember or finish tasks.
- Sleep is light, interrupted or difficult to begin.
- You feel wired at night and exhausted in the morning.
- Exercise or ordinary activity takes more out of you than expected.
- You have been told that basic results look normal, but you still do not feel like yourself.
Fatigue can have more than one contributor.
Your first visit begins with the story, not a preset test panel. Depending on your history, Christine may review:
- Sleep amount, timing, quality and possible breathing-related symptoms
- Nutrition patterns, hydration and changes in appetite or weight
- Medications, supplements, caffeine, alcohol and other substances
- Mood, stress load and the demands placed on your nervous system
- Menstrual, perimenopausal, menopausal or other hormonal patterns
- Prior results related to blood counts, iron status, thyroid function, glucose regulation and nutrient status
- Pain, inflammation, recent illness, digestive symptoms and other medical concerns
- Daily movement, recovery and whether exertion improves or worsens symptoms
The goal is to identify the questions worth answering first. Not every patient needs the same labs, supplements or treatment plan.
From a long symptom list to clear priorities.
Before the visit
Complete your intake and securely send the records and prior results you want reviewed.
During the visit
We connect your symptoms, history, sleep patterns, medications, daily routines and goals. We also identify concerns that may need primary care, sleep-medicine or specialist evaluation.
After the visit
You receive a written Roadmap with priorities, next steps and follow-through options. Recommendations may include practical sleep and lifestyle changes, appropriate evaluation, targeted testing or coordination with another clinician.
Test when the answer can change the plan.
Existing records and prior labs are reviewed first when they are relevant and available. Additional testing may be considered when it can answer a specific clinical question or guide the next step.
Specialty testing is not automatic. When it is considered, you should understand what it may clarify, its limits, its cost and how the result could affect care.

Persistent or worsening fatigue deserves medical evaluation, especially when it limits daily activity or comes with other concerning symptoms. Vitalhaus may recommend conventional evaluation, a sleep assessment or specialist care before or alongside functional-medicine support.
Vitalhaus is not an emergency service. New chest pain, severe trouble breathing, fainting, new weakness or difficulty speaking, or another medical emergency requires immediate emergency care.
You do not have to sort through it alone.
Your first visit is a place to make sense of the full picture and decide what deserves attention first.
