Your Initial Vitalhaus Assessment
Bring your concerns, history, daily patterns and available records into one focused clinical conversation. Christine Thompson, FNP-C, Vitalhaus Founder and Clinical Lead, helps identify the priorities that deserve attention first and the questions worth exploring next.
Receive your written Roadmap
Your Roadmap organizes clinical recommendations, practical first steps, appropriate testing or referrals and a follow-up plan.
Choose your follow-through
Review progress, results and questions through individual follow-up visits or concierge membership. When a concern needs primary care, specialist evaluation, urgent care or an in-person assessment, Vitalhaus helps identify the appropriate next step.
Leave knowing where to begin.
A useful plan gives you priorities you can act on. Your Roadmap brings the conversation back to what matters in everyday life.
What matters now
The priorities you chose together, what to work on first and practical steps that fit your life.
What we are reviewing
Why a test, treatment or referral may help, what to watch for and what still needs an answer.
What happens next
What to track, when to follow up and when a concern needs more urgent care.
Your questions and preferences help shape the plan.
A little preparation. More time for you.
- Write down your main concerns, questions and goals.
- Complete the secure intake and consent forms.
- Gather your medication and supplement list, allergies and relevant records.
- Have your most recent height and weight available, if known.
- Review your visit fee and appointment terms.
- Choose a private space and check your camera, microphone and internet connection.

A little clarity, before you begin.
What is functional medicine, and how does Vitalhaus use it?
Functional medicine explores how your history, body systems, environment and daily patterns may contribute to health and symptoms. Vitalhaus combines this perspective with clinical judgment, appropriate evaluation, a written Roadmap and follow-through. No test, supplement or prescription is automatic.
Will Vitalhaus replace my primary care provider?
No. Vitalhaus complements primary and specialist care. Keep your established clinicians for routine care and needs outside the Vitalhaus plan.
Are visits online, and where is care available?
Visits take place by secure video. Your physical location and eligibility are confirmed before care, and some concerns require in-person evaluation.
Will I automatically receive a prescription or specialty tests?
No. Prescriptions, hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications and testing depend on your individual evaluation and clinical appropriateness. Testing begins with a useful clinical question and review of relevant results you already have.
What happens during the first visit?
We review your story, concerns, goals, medications, supplements and available records. Together, we identify priorities and discuss your written Roadmap and next steps.
What does a visit cost, and what is separate?
The first visit is $399, a standard follow-up is $175, an extended follow-up is $225 and eligible same-day focused visits are $150. New labs, imaging, medications, supplements and outside care are separate unless specifically included.
View complete pricingWhat is concierge membership?
Concierge membership is an ongoing relationship with Christine for continuity, planned follow-through and a Roadmap that evolves over time. Your agreement explains the fee, included care, communication access and cancellation terms before enrollment.
How are Fullscript labs different from a Vitalhaus visit?
A Fullscript purchase covers the tests and services listed in that offering. A Vitalhaus visit reviews relevant results in the context of your history and goals and provides a written plan. Personalized consultation must be expressly included or arranged separately.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds or request a Good Faith Estimate?
Eligible services may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement, depending on your plan. If you are uninsured or will not use insurance, you may request a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care.
How should I send medical information?
Use the secure patient instructions provided for your care. Ordinary email and social messages are for general questions, not medical records, symptoms, photographs or other personal health information.
Are messages monitored continuously?
No. Routine messages are not monitored continuously. Your welcome instructions explain the secure contact route and response window. Vitalhaus is not an emergency service.
Do I have to agree to text messages?
No. Text-message consent is optional, and declining texts does not prevent you from receiving care.
