Eligibility depends on your plan. Keep your receipt and confirm qualified-expense rules with your HSA or FSA administrator.
What will I review before paying?
You will see the visit fee before booking. Separate testing, treatments or follow-up fees should be discussed before you decide to proceed. Membership terms are provided in the membership agreement before enrollment.
