CARE + SERVICES

Care that begins with the whole picture.

Symptoms rarely fit into neat boxes. Vitalhaus gives you time to share the full story, review what has already been tried and identify the next steps that matter most.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Start with the Initial Vitalhaus Assessment.

Before your visit, complete your intake and securely send the records and prior results you want Christine to review. During the visit, you will look at your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, daily patterns and goals together.

Afterward, you receive a written Roadmap that organizes priorities and next steps. Recommendations are individualized and may include further evaluation, lifestyle strategies, medication discussion, supplements, testing or coordination with another clinician when appropriate.

  • A careful review of your main concerns and health history
  • Review of relevant records and prior labs received before the visit
  • Medication and supplement review
  • Clear priorities rather than an overwhelming list
  • A written plan for what to do next

WAYS TO CONTINUE

Follow-through that fits your needs.

Individual follow-up visits

Choose focused follow-up care when you need to review progress, discuss new results, adjust the plan or work through a specific concern.

Extended follow-up visits

Use an extended visit when several concerns need attention, your history is complex or more time is needed for records, results and shared decision-making.

Concierge care

Concierge membership is the preferred option for patients who want ongoing support, planned check-ins and continuity as the Roadmap evolves.

Glucose regulation, weight changes, strength, cardiometabolic risk, nutrition, sleep and habits that need to work in real life.

Explore Metabolic Health
Digestive Health

Bloating, changing bowel patterns, food tolerance concerns and digestive symptoms that deserve a structured history and appropriate evaluation.

Prevention + Healthy Aging

Risk-factor review, health habits, strength, sleep, nutrition and practical priorities for long-term wellbeing.

Medication + Supplement Review

A careful look at what you take, why you take it, possible duplication and questions to discuss with your prescribing clinicians.

Lab + Record Review

Review of relevant prior results and records in the context of your symptoms, history and goals. Testing is recommended only when it can help answer a useful clinical question.

Care Coordination

Clear recommendations about when primary care, specialty care, imaging, urgent evaluation or another service should be part of the plan.

TESTING + SUPPLEMENTS

Useful tools, not automatic add-ons.

Specialty testing and supplements may be considered when they are relevant to your history, symptoms and care plan. They are not required for every patient.

Vitalhaus can help you understand what a test may answer, what it may not answer and whether the result is likely to change your care. Labs, medications and supplements are separate unless specifically included in a service.

DIRECT-PAY CARE

Clear care. Clear costs.

Vitalhaus is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Your visit fee covers provider time, clinical review, care planning and education.

Outside labs, medications, supplements, imaging, specialist care and emergency care are separate unless specifically included. Follow-up visits are also separate unless they are included in your membership or service.

Designed to complement the rest of your care.

Vitalhaus does not replace your primary care clinician or specialists. We can help organize concerns, support prevention, review relevant information and coordinate recommendations, but you should continue routine and condition-specific care with the appropriate clinicians.

Vitalhaus is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
